Prepayments for AEGEE-Valletta SU 2008 AEGEE-Valletta is offering various ways to make the necessary prepayment for the Summer University easy for you. Also kindly note that prepayment is not refundable. 1. PAYMENTS BY BANK TRANSFER The payment of 90 Euros has to be done on the following account number: Account Details: IMPORTANT: Any Cable Commission incurred by AEGEE-Valletta will be charged back to the participants. 2. PAYMENTS VIA WESTERN UNION The payment of 90 Euros via Western Union should be sent directly to Melanie Aquilina while emailing us on su08@aegee-valletta.org the unique number for us to be able to collect money. Address is: 84, Santa Maria, Triq Santa Marija, Ghaxaq, Malta. ( Postcode: GXQ 1715) IMPORTANT INFORMATION All bank charges or any fees related to the money transfer are be incurred by participants and AEGEE-Valletta is to receive the full amount of 90 Euros. If anyone would like to send directly the prepayment in cash please make sure that money is not visible from the exterior, envelope is sealed well and letter is registered. Confirmation of Payment It is important that as soon as you make the necessary payment of 90 Euros, make sure to confirm your payment by sending an email on su08@aegee-valletta.org. Unless you receive a reply from us that the payment has been received it means that your participation in the Summer University is not yet confirmed. So make sure you receive a confirmation that your payment has been received. NOTE THAT IT IS IN YOUR INTEREST TO NOTIFY US SOON AFTER YOU SEND THE PREPAYMENT AND UNLESS YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FROM US THAT WE HAVE RECEIVED IT, YOU WOULD NOT HAVE YET CONFIRMED YOUR PARTICIPATION. A non-refundable deposit of 90 Euros is to be paid by the 12th of June 2008 to confirm your participation. The remaining fee of 120 Euros (which includes the 30 Euro optional fee) is to be paid on arrival.
