Useful Information

Visa Applicants

Participants from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Georgia, FYR of Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russian Federation, Serbia, Ukraine and Turkey require a valid Schengen Visa. If you require a Visa kindly visit here and contact us as soon as possible so that we will inform you on how to proceed.

Electronic Equipment

The electricity supply in Malta is 230V, 50Hz. The plug, with three flat contacts, like in the UK, is different from the Central European one, so do not forget to bring an adapter with you. These are also obtainable at the airport.

Extra Nights

Extra nights have to be pre-booked with AEGEE-Valletta at the cost of 15 Euros per night. We can only offer extra nights for 2 days in advance and 2 days after the SU. This means that we are going to provide extra nights on the 19th and 20th of August, and on the 4th and 5th of September for those who request it. We strongly recommend that you do arrive in Malta after the 19th of August and leave before the 5th of September as cheap accommodation will be very problematic to find.

Accomodation

Accomodation will be provided in a very well kept hostel in Marsaxlokk.
